The project budget: Financial Institutions, Contractors, and Borrowers alike pay close attention to distributed funds, line item transfers, and budget injections throughout the duration of a project.
CoFi allows users to export a project budget at any stage as the project progresses. This will display the Category Name, Budget Total, Funds Paid, Inspection Percentages, Remaining Balances, and any Active Payment Requests.
Important Tip: The export view may vary based on the download settings on your computer and the program you use to open CSV files (i.e. Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers).
