How do I know who my Funder is?

I want to talk with my Funder - how do I contact them?

How can I view my current budget?


You can review your most up-to-date budget within your CoFi project profile. To log into CoFi, visit app.cofisoftware.com, click on your project name, and click the Budget tab to view how much funding is available within each line item. 


There is not enough money in a budget line - what do I do?


The first place to look for supplemental funding is your built-in Builder Contingency line item. You may move funds from that line item to any other line item when submitting your draw request. 


If you do not have Builder Contingency built in, we recommend transferring from line items that have been completed and have leftover funds. To verify whether a line item has been completed and extra funds can be transferred, take a look at the Inspected column either in the Budget tab, or within your Draw request. 


How do I submit a draw?

I received an email with a request to edit my draw - what do I do? 


Details of the requested edits will be listed in the email you received. Once you've identified what changes are being requested, log into CoFi, click on your project name, and click Edit Draw.


Make the requested changes, whether adding in missing documents, adjusting line item transfers, etc, then click Resubmit. Please note that CoFi requires reapproval from all parties if: 


  • A Payee is changed
  • A line item is added or removed
  • A line item transfer is added


How can I find out what documents are missing on a draw submission? 


If you have received a request edit email and are unsure of what documentation is missing, please email constructionservicing@cofisoftware.com to request clarification. To ensure we are able to accurately identify your project, please include the Project Name and Street Address in the subject line. 


I can't provide the requested document - what do I do? 


If you are unable to provide the documentation requested in an edit request, please email constructionservicing@cofisoftware.com for assistance. To ensure we are able to accurately identify your project, please include the Project Name and Street Address in the subject line.
