PRODUCT UPDATES:

Live Chat:

Have a question while you're working in the CoFi App? CoFi Support is now more accessible than ever! Click on the chat icon in the lower right-hand corner of your screen to start a conversation with a CoFi Support Representative. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST*. 

*Note: All CoFi Representatives will be offline from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM daily. Chats will be converted into open tickets and a representative will reach out as soon as they are online! 

CoFi Solutions:

FAQs are now accessible directly within the app! Click on the question mark (?) in the bottom left corner of your screen to open up our CoFi Solutions Portal. New content will be uploaded weekly, so if you have tutorials you'd like to see in CoFi Solutions, send us a Live Chat or email us at support@cofisoftware.com.

Custom Notifications:

Want more control over what notifications show up in your inbox? CoFi now allows you to customize your notification preferences on a job-by-job basis! Select the job profile you wish to change, then click the Notifications icon to set your preferences. 

Job profiles will automatically default to your current preferences. Click Custom to choose your own notification preferences for that job, then click Save.

New Account Onboarding: 

New to our software? The CoFi Team welcomes you! Users now have a more interactive onboarding process while setting up their account. New members will be walked step-by-step through the setup process to ensure their account has all of the necessary information to hit the ground running on all of their construction lending needs!

BUG FIXES: 

These were the bugs detected and they have now been fixed.

Dashboard:

• Total loan volume & inspected percentages were not displaying correctly on the dashboard page.

Budget Tab:

• The invoiced amount column clickable link was not redirecting users to the associated draw request.
• Lenders were unable to remove unused category line items on the budget tab.
• When creating a line item transfer, the budget category box would not display the category name.
• Inspection percentages on newly added budget categories were not saving.
• In some use cases, users were able to complete funds transfers when there was insufficient funding in a category item.

Payment Requests:

• The view past draws section was not displaying the date that draws were paid.
• Lien waivers did not have a specific upload file location on the new Payment Request view.
• Existing Payees were not appearing in a users search in the new Payment Request view.
• Lenders submitting externally paid requests were met with 1/2 Approvals instead of a Paid checkmark.
• The Externally Paid Request function for lenders was not properly integrated into the new Payment Request view.
• In some use cases, users utilizing the new Payment Request view were unable to Edit or Request Edit.
• The Live Chat Icon was covering the legal agreement approval on the new Payment Request View.

Approvals:

• In some use cases, the software didn't automatically refresh when an approval was made, duplicating approvals.
• Users who tried increasing approvals in draft mode experienced data disappearing.

Inspections:

• In some use cases, the inspection-over-inspection percentage increase was not calculating correctly.
• When clicking on photos in the inspections tab, photos were auto-zooming and cutting off a part of the photo. 

Email Notifications:

• Revision Request emails were not listing the job name in the email.
• In some use cases, users were experiencing email notifications with a distorted logo. 

Organizations:

• Users who added new partitions to their organization structure experienced the add/remove action buttons disappearing from the page.
• Job History was no longer displaying historical approvals from users who had been removed from a job.
• Member User Roles were able to create jobs, but not edit them.
