ENHANCEMENTS:
Budget View Selection
Users can now switch between Table and Row view in the budget tab to review data about the health of their budget. Click the Gear Icon in the upper right corner of the budget tab to switch between views.

BUG FIXES:
These were the bugs detected and they have now been fixed.
Payment Requests:
- In some use cases, users utilizing the line item transfer function in the New Payment Request View were shown there were more funds accessible to transfer than were actually available.
- Users utilizing the line item transfer function in the Bulk Payment Request View were experiencing a "Please Select a Category" message even after selecting categories.
- The type to search function was not working when selecting categories for line item transfers or New Payment Request View drafts.
- Users were forced to upload lien waivers even if the uploader did not toggle the lien waiver section to "on".
- In some use cases, lien waiver documents were not being displayed even though the green lien waiver icon indicated a lien waiver had been uploaded.
- Payment Method Selection was defaulting to Pickup instead of prompting users to select their preferred payment method.
- In some use cases, users including large quantities of line items and files were unable to submit a payment request.
