PRODUCT UPDATES:


Old Payment Request View


The Old Payment Request View will be phased out this week in the June 7, 2022 update. Users are encouraged to transition to the New Payment Request View this week.

Budget Export


Budgets within CoFi can now be exported! Export the current budget as a .csv file by clicking the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of the Budget screen, then select Download CSV.  CSV Files will download with the Job Name & Download Date. You may download the current budget any time, as many times as you'd like!






Budget Reset


Lenders creating a new Job Profile in Draft Mode may now reset the budget data and start fresh prior to publishing a job. If you're working on a Job Draft and accidentally upload the wrong file, or need to make significant changes, simply scroll to the bottom of the budget list and click CLEAR. This will remove all category line items for either Hard Cost or Soft Cost Items. 



A confirmation message will appear. If you are sure you want to remove all Hard Cost or Soft Cost categories and start over, click OK.

BUG FIXES: 


These were the bugs detected and they have now been fixed.


Budget Tab:

  • In some use cases, the remaining balance was showing remaining + retained instead of remaining only.
  • The available budget toggle icon included incorrect calculations and displayed contradictory available budget totals.


Payment Requests:

  • In some use cases, users were able to save and then submit a payment request without a payee.
  • Users were prompted to upload an invoice file even though they had already uploaded a file.
  • Payee Information was not populated until after the payment request was saved/submitted. 


Inspections:

  • The most recent inspection percentages were not matching between the Inspections & Budget tabs.


Job Management:

  • Users going to Organization Settings > Manage Jobs and clicking the Export Jobs button were getting a blank CSV file.
  • Users going to Organization Settings > Manage Jobs and clicking Archive Jobs button had to click the button twice for it to work.
