How to Use the 1099 Tax Reporting Data Export Feature:

• Click on the Organization Payees Icon from the Home screen to access a list of all Payees
• Select the Year of Payee Data you wish to export
• Click Export Payee to download data
• Important Note: Data will be exported as a CSV file, including: Payee Name, Tax ID, Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Amount Paid in the year selected. It will be up to individual financial institutions to organize the information as needed for reporting purposes.

IMPROVEMENTS:

• Small visual and functional UI improvements 
• Various routing improvements to redirect users when clicking on invoice or page links within the software.

BUG FIXES: 

These were the bugs detected and they have now been fixed.

Budget Tab:

• Users reported issues with budget category identification using the new Tags feature. As of 11/30/2022, the Tags feature has been temporarily disabled as we work to fine-tune the feature. Budget categories will be visible via the original Hard Cost & Soft Cost categorization view. 
• In some use cases, lenders using the sync budget function were unable to save adjustments/changes.

Payment Requests:

• In some use cases, users receiving a digital lien waiver to sign were met with a blank screen/nothing to sign.
• In some use cases, users who were signing a digital lien waiver were routed to a blank screen. 
• In some use cases, lenders were able to edit a payment request that had already been marked PAID.
• Users were unable to view past draws using the View Past Draws button on the Draws tab.

Organizations:

• Users trying to invite a new user to their organization were receiving an "invitation is invalid" message.

Log In & Routing:

• Users using an autofilled/expired url in lieu of the app.cofisoftware.com home page were routed to a blank page.

Mobile View:

• Users pulling up app.cofisoftware.com on their cell phones/tablets were experiencing an overlap of pages and icons after logging in.
