Line item transfers can play a fundamental role in budget management on a construction loan. Any CoFi account user uploading a payment request may add a line item transfer within the request.
Lenders have the ability to submit and process a line item transfer from a job profiles budget tab. Any changes made to the budget will be recorded in the Job History tab.
Important Note: This feature is accessible through Lender Organizations only. Borrowers and General Contractors will not have access to submitting a line item transfer through the budget tab.
