Lenders: How to Add a New Job Profile

Adding a new project profile in CoFi is easy! 


Job profiles include basic information such as Project Name, Project Address, and Budget. Lenders may also customize profiles further by including PLAT maps, draw procedures, insurance information, and more! 


Additional customizations include: retainage, funding sources, lien waiver requirements, and additional job files that would be beneficial for the progress of the project. 


Once the project is ready to go, you may add any additional users, such as the General Contractor, Borrower, and Inspector to the job, then publish. 


Important Note: This feature is accessible to lenders only.
